It's gorgeous out! I thought about going for a walk (and I still might!) but I kind of killed my feet by walking up and down my stairs carrying bag after bag of food! lol
Sticking to my routine is so far going pretty well :) I love that I got milk for my shakes! It really helps to have those in the morning. I can't stand eating in the morning. And I get a crap ton of protein right off the bat to start the day!
Things are looking pretty good. Even though, I did gain 4 pounds since my last week's weigh in! But I'll make up for it. Some of it might be water weight. I ate a lot of sunflower seeds before bed last night.
ANYWAY! I got this! Back on track! (Again! lol)
