What a Beautiful Day!!

It's gorgeous out! I thought about going for a walk (and I still might!) but I kind of killed my feet by walking up and down my stairs carrying bag after bag of food! lol

Sticking to my routine is so far going pretty well :) I love that I got milk for my shakes! It really helps to have those in the morning. I can't stand eating in the morning. And I get a crap ton of protein right off the bat to start the day!

Things are looking pretty good. Even though, I did gain 4 pounds since my last week's weigh in! But I'll make up for it. Some of it might be water weight. I ate a lot of sunflower seeds before bed last night.

ANYWAY! I got this! Back on track! (Again! lol)

    I'm on a plateau right now, so I feel your frustration. But, it WAS gorgeous out the past couple days!! Did you end up going for a walk? I've been walking my 3 miles out of the garage and around the neighbourhood emoticon ! Miss you and crossing my fingers I can come see you in March.

    Going up and down stairs is exercise too! So even if you don't get a walk in today, you still got a workout.

    Water weight is a KILLER! I was up 4 lbs one morning this weekend because of late night/heavy eating the night before and then back down 5 lbs the next day because I upped my water and didn't snack late. That's why I am trying not to place too much emphasis on the daily weigh in rather than watching the overall trend. Now, send some of that nice weather our way!!

    You can do it! I gained a lot of weight recently, too, so I know how that goes. Just keep trying and you'll get it!
