Routine again.

Tuesday, February 18, 2014

Grr just wrote a whole blog and it somehow got deleted before I posted it! emoticon

The jest of it was this....

I really need to get back in to a routine! I said this about myself just 2 flippin' blogs ago! Things happen that get me off track and then the whole thing falls apart and my sleep, water intake, weight...everything, all fall out of place. So, starting now I'm getting it back on track. And even earlier than I did before. My new pc/tv off time will be 10pm and bedtime routine will start. Wake time will be 8am followed by a protein shake and a work out! I am really hoping that getting back on somewhat of a routine helps me, because my weight seems to be bouncing around between 265 and 267.

So, here's to getting more active! emoticon

Hear, hear! emoticon I love the confessions as it's good for the soul and you know, this has become a lifestyle change for you! We are aware of the things we need to do and again, just do it! Even when we've reached a plateau, we like to go back to what's comfortable and there goes all of the hard work! Not this time! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

The hardest thing about getting into a routine is the first week. So many things will try to pull you away from it. But if you can manage to stay with your routine for a week, it becomes easier. emoticon

That "autodelete" drives me crazy, too. If you happen to use typical punctuation, SP interprets it as html and rejects it. I've started simply doing a global "copy" of everything I intend to post before I hit the "post" button. That way, if the filters refuse it, I don't have to rewrite the whole thing over (or just give up in disgust and not post at all).

Routines are definitely helpful but I know they are not always easy to execute. Wishing the emoticon on powering through. emoticon

BTDT - *hate* it when the tech gremlins get ya!

Good point on routines - I've added a few items to my morning routine to help me to chill out, relax, and clear my mind for the day - and with this nastily snow-filled season, every little bit of assistance helps!

Here's to a great day with your routines, whatever they may be!

Ooooh I hear ya on the routine front - Life will settle from Sunday for me and hopefully I can stick to my routine every day for a while instead of one day a week lol - Sending positivity and wishing you all the best with your new routine xx
