Grr just wrote a whole blog and it somehow got deleted before I posted it!
The jest of it was this....
I really need to get back in to a routine! I said this about myself just 2 flippin' blogs ago! Things happen that get me off track and then the whole thing falls apart and my sleep, water intake, weight...everything, all fall out of place. So, starting now I'm getting it back on track. And even earlier than I did before. My new pc/tv off time will be 10pm and bedtime routine will start. Wake time will be 8am followed by a protein shake and a work out! I am really hoping that getting back on somewhat of a routine helps me, because my weight seems to be bouncing around between 265 and 267.
So, here's to getting more active!
