BL #21 Goals

So much going on, so little time! This week I continued along with my two dietbets (one 4 week and one 6 month) and my "Lose it to Win it Challenge" on my +300lb SparkTeam, and I started the #21 Biggest Loser Challenge! As a part of this challenge for Week 1, I need to post some goals for this challenge.

1. My biggest goal of this challenge is to FINISH! I have quit a couple of these in the past, and I'm really working on not quitting! Not just in this challenge, but quitting on my goal to live a healthier life in general.

2. My second goal is to maintain my exercise habit that I have started. I really want to increase the intensity as well, but as long as I continue exercising 5-6 days/week, I will be VERY happy

3. I want to speak more kindly to myself. I have some major self-worth and negative internal dialog issues, and I hope that through all of these challenges, I can continue to get healthy, and it turn, prove to myself that I am STRONG and CAPABLE of doing anything I set my mind to!

I'm looking forward to getting to know all of my other BLC #21 participants in the coming weeks!

    Great goals to strive for!

    I know all too well about the inner voice inside being negative and problems with self-worth. I also struggle with that, but try to stay positive! Remind yourself every day that you're worth it! It will be tough, but you'll get there! Just keep pushing and doing your best! It will get better.

    Good luck in the BLC! If you ever feel like giving up, don't be afraid to speak up! We're here to push each other and motivate one another to our goals!

    Those are excellent goals!

    As to finishing, can you find some extra reward to help motivate you? For a long time I put gold star stickers on a my work calendar every time I got in enough exercise during the day. I'm a bit of a completionist, so I got a little frazzled if it looked like I'd miss one of my stars, so I'd get off my butt and go for a walk, lol!

    I agree, they're all great goals. I love the first one.. These challenges last several weeks and it's easy to lose some steam after just a few.

    Wow! These goals really spoke to me! I've also had an issue following through with challenges but I have high hopes for this one since I'm a leader, I feel more responsible. I'm also going to set an exercise goal. Thanks for the inspiration!
