What are your goals?

I read the blogs all the time and I read so many people want to lose weight and a few sound desperate and a few have a goal that they want to lose weigh for. I think it is essential that we recognise a time and a place in the future that we want to get some progress or show. If we don't we then don't have any pressure to keep to the program or push for the exercise to be consistent. What are the goals that you have set? and how long do you give yourself to get in shape and healthy?
