When I Reach My Goal Weight I Need to Remember

I read a SP article today on Maintaining Goal Weight once it is reached. I NEED TO REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING:

When I reach my goal weight I have to remember to go to Spark Set up page and set my actual weight and goal weight (which will be the same) and enter the amount of exercise I plan to do in order to figure out what my daily caloric intake should be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Note also that Coach Nichole recommends (based on sound research) that you weigh yourself every day.

    It works for me, and has for the last three years of over 120 pounds of weight loss.
