Labor Day the movie

Wednesday, February 12, 2014

Am i missing something but I saw Labor Day today (I love Kate Winslet) and i just found it with so many double standards. It was celebrating a criminal who was escaping the law, made the US police who are amazing in a bad light, made love be above moral values, showed kids that breaking the law is ok if you are benefiting - was I missing the point or is the deeper meaning wrong. Maybe I am not as romantic as I should be but love should be real and not a fantasy that is unrealistic - surely?

I felt that way, and I haven't even seen it. I was hoping that they might show some redeeming qualities or have some moral awakening, but it doesn't sound like it. I think I'll pass.

Yeah, I definitely don't get it. I haven't seen the movie and hadn't planned to, but we'll see.

I am super excited that one of my favorite (quite unknown) bands has one of its songs in the trailer :)

I haven't seen it but have been thinking whether or not I want to see it at all. I may save it for cable.
