HEY IM BACK :) TIME FOR A UPDATE

AS U ALL KNOW I STARTED HERE FEB 2010 AT 176 I DROPPED THAT WEIGHT BY JUNE 2010 I WAS AT 135 WITH NO STRENGTH TRAINING I MAINTAINED THAT FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS THEN EARLY 2013 I WAS IN THE 150S AGAIN BUT COMFORTABLE SO IT WASNT A BIG DEAL UNTIL THE END OF 2013 I WAS 165 I DIDNT LOOK LIKE IT BUT IT SCARED ME I WAS TO CLOSE TO BEING BACK IN THE 170S SO I CHANGED THAT FAST STARTED WORKING OUT AND EATING HEALTHY AND TODAY IM AT 156 I DECIDED TO GET BACK ON HERE BECAUSE I LOVE THE MOTIVATION PLUS I WANNA HELP OTHERS GET TO THERE GOALS WHILE I TRY TO GET BACK TO ATLEAST 140 CAUSE NOT THAT I STRENGTH TRAIN 135 MAY BE TO SMALL WE WILL SEE BUT HERES A FEW PICS FROM NEW YEARS AND SOME OVER THE LAST MONTH CHECK OUT MY PAGE MY PICS FROM 2010 ARE IN MY GALLERY FROM WHEN I FIRST STARTED
