It's a PJ's All Day Kinda Day

Wednesday, February 05, 2014

Snowing in New York .. again! We have about a foot now. I decided to stay in my pj's and just relax .. or try to. I find it hard to sit still for too long. My brain is always thinking of things I need to do. I did try some new clean recipes. One was clean eating cranberry oat bran muffins. They were yummy!!!! Also made clean eating blueberry corn muffins and of course I had to make another batch of my no bake oatmeal peanut butter energy bars. They are my all time favorite! Discovered them a few weeks ago and as soon as the batch runs out I make another! They are great for a breakfast on the go or a mid-day snack. I haven't figured out how to add a link yet but if you search for me (sparklieeesue) on pintrest I have the recipes pinned to my "Healthy Recipes" board. Stay strong everyone! emoticon

I love those days only if the government shuts down.

This winter sure has been brutal! I did go through some of my recipes yesterday, but that was as far as I got... I keep saying I'm going to make new things but have yet to do it. Thanks for giving me a push.

Still icy and snowy in MO. Been stuck in apt with a 5yr old!! We still in pjs today too.

Sounds like your keeping occupied, but also sounds a little dangerous to be shut up with so many muffins!!! Your will power must be stronger than mine!
