Still Going Strong

Tuesday, February 04, 2014

I have tracked all food both days this week, and I haven't eaten all my snacks that I bring. I have been over my points, but not by much, so it is getting better. Work is still going well. I actually am starting to get it I think!! LOL Tomorrow will be one month there and I am enjoying it. I have gotten in All of my water both days, and I am starting to feel better. Next week I will have my workouts figured out, and I will get something in. It feels great to be working again, and to be making progress. I am so OVER winter, and am looking forward to Spring and emoticon . We are getting more snow tonight, looks like it could be 6 to 10 inches and then MORE on Sunday. So over this emoticon
Well its getting late for this working lady, so I need to go fold some laundry so I can go to bed. Be healthy and be active all.

you're doing great, Sandy! it's so stressful and draining to start a new job -- even when things are going well (which i am happy to hear they are!!). It just requires a lot of mental energy. You can do this my friend. The snow is another story LOL!!! WTH!!!

I am so glad you are making progress with your lifestyle. Work sounds like it is helping you have a positive attitude toward the rest of your life. Continue on, my friend. Success is in your future.

Glad to here that things are getting better at work for you Sandy! And excellent that you have been staying on track!

We seem to be getting the same weather here. Tonight the snow is supposed to start and go throughout tomorrow. Not sure how much we are expecting yet but speculations said could be between 12 and 18 inches. Stay safe and warm!
