February - New Month, New Goals

I'm thinking this entry is going to be (somewhat) short and sweet. :)

~ Continue to exercise 3-5 times each week
~ Begin tracking my steps (goal is to reach an average of 4,000 each day)
~ Continue to monitor my food choices and ask myself "Am I really hungry?" before trying to eat something

~ Read through the book "Love Does" by Bob Goff. I like having a theme book every once in awhile. Last year or the year before I read "Crazy Love" by Francis Chan and another year I read "Love and Respect". I like having a theme for the month of February! And no, not all of the books are about romantic love (because that's just the place I am in right now).

~ Continue reading "The Jesus I Never Knew" by Philip Yancey

~ Prayer focus: Go through "Praying God's Word" by Beth Moore, "Whispers of Hope" (also by Beth Moore), or "Prayer" by Richard Foster. I'm thinking "Whispers of Hope". I should probably decide before I do my quiet time tonight. :)

Weight: 223.4 (-1.4 lbs from last month, -3.6 lbs over all!)
Neck: 15 in (-0.5 in)
Bust: 49 in (-0.5 in)
Waist: 47.25 in (-0.75 in)
Hips: 54.5 in (-0.5 in)

Rt. Bicep: 15.5 in (+0.5 in)
Rt. Wrist: 6.25 in (-0.25 in)
Rt. Thigh: 29 in (-0.25 in)
Rt. Ankle: 9.5 in (No change)
Rt. Foot: 9 in (+0.25 in, again, not sure about accuracy with this one)
