New Adventure But Keeping the Old

So, after a couple months of thinking, debating, watching the infomercial every now and again, and reading what fellow sparkers have said... I ordered T25. The motivation - time - on some days; and it just looks like fun.

I feel like a traitor though. I've been doing Insanity since January 1 of last year. I love the workout and love the results, and lead the "Insanity for the Ladies" team. So, my thought is this: my mind really wonders just how effective only 25 minutes really is, so I'm going to do some Insanity workouts while doing T25. Let me know if you think I'm crazy.

I'll still keep posting tips and nothing changes for "Insanity for the Ladies", but I've finally got to satisfy my curiosity... and a "nailed it" shirt will be kinda fun to ride the motorcycle in this summer too. Ahhhhhh.... summer. Hey somewhere I read that "Winter is when Summer bodies are made" ! emoticon

    I'm curious about T25, and yes, I believe you are crazy for doing both.

    But then you know why I hold this opinion - I'm on my very first month of Insanity! And it's kicking my behind!!! (Looking for "sweaty" emoticon and can't find one!)

    Go for it. I think it's good to mix it up and have something new to be excited about. Mixing it w insanity sounds good to me, make your own routine and keep your body guessing. I've been told that some of the moves in T25 are ridiculous, I look forward to hearing your take on it.
