Still Keeping Eye on Goal

I didn't blog yesterday because SP was down.

I have an ear infection. I am on antibiotics and tylenol. I don't have much pain, just a low grade headache and my ear feeling stuffed. The antibiotics hasn't really seem to make much difference. If it isn't better by the end of the week I will call my ear doctor. I had seen my primary doctor's associate last week (she gave me the antibiotic) because I couldn't get in to see the ear dr. It is the same ear I had surgery on 5 years ago.

I haven't let it get me down, I am still exercising and trying to eat right. I am tired and it is hard but I have been good at not snacking.

Daily Goals....1/20 & 1/21
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day -- emoticon emoticon125, 120
2. Minimum of 5 freggies emoticon emoticon 5, 5
3. 8-10 glasses of water emoticon8, 10
4. Lean protein for one snack -- emoticon emoticon
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day -- emoticon emoticon
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals. emoticon emoticon

    Me, too! Thought SPark problems were just me having problems plus Internet Explorer always seems to have some problems!
    You're still doing great, Carrie!! A snack here or there won't make or break you! Keep trying! What do you like to nibble on for a "high protein snack"?? Wondering if it's not too much a favorite for you.
