BLC 24 SMART Goals

My goals for this round are

1. Exercise at least 3 times a week, up to 6 times a week
2. Increase freggie intake by adding salads to dinners with a veggie
3. Eliminate dinner starches, allow only occasional exceptions
4. Restrict sweets to Saturdays and Sundays
