My S.M.A.R.T. Goals For BLC24

Our first weekend challenge for BLC 24 includes setting SMART goals:
Specific
Measureable
Attainable
Realistic
Timetable
My SMART goal is to maintain my MoM (master of maintenance) status, which means staying within 5 pounds of my goal weight.
I will do this by continuing to track my food, water and exercise. I will participate in my team's challenges and log my weigh-ins every Wednesday.
I want to maintain my MoM status throughout the 12 weeks of BLC24.
My Behavior Goal:
1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
2. Aim for 300 fitness minutes weekly
3. Work on planning weekly menus and adding more freggies to meals
Accountability:
My accountability is posting my goals here on Spark, and sharing with my team.
Rewards:
My rewards will be just knowing that I CAN do this! Fitting into my clothes and being a healthier ME is a great reward!
