Mental Toughness Training Day 3

Having read a few blogs here on Sparkpeople about the Mental Toughness Training from the website fatlosers.com, I had a lot of curiosity about what this was all about. So far I completely agree with Steve Siebold. The only thing I can tell someone is check it out for yourself. Some people will probably object to his choice of words, but if you listen to him long enough you will understand that fat losers means you are losing fat and saving your life.
Sometimes I think it is important to get tough and take a no excuses approach. Since I have been on track now for close to 70 days, I was ready for something new to boost my excitement about my program. So for the next 21 days I will be doing the Mental Toughness Training and then after that I look forward to keeping on track until I reach my goal weight. For me it just works to have a plan and stick with it. I know some days will be more difficult than others - and I look forward to those tough days to see what I can learn about myself from them.
