I got up early this morning and worked on the elliptical, then went to the gym and walked on the treadmill. Then I had my official weigh-in. I lost 3.5 pounds from last Saturday! I am only 1.5 pounds from my January goal.
I have been looking for a Pfaff sewing machine with IDT for awhile as a secondary machine. I didn't want to spend much. My husband actually found a used one and suggested we go look at it. It was on clearance at a vac n sew store. It was $100 less than advertised. Got a great deal!
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
