Adding strength training back into my workout

I've gone quite a number of months without strength training - not even sure how many. Today, I added it back into my workout.
I did a warm-up first - usually it will be taking a short walk of 10-12 minutes. (Today, with it being so cold, I did a shorter, but more intense, warmup indoors.) I mix 4 body-weight strength training exercises with 5 Bowflex exercises. There is much room for improvement, but at least I'm back into it again.
