Adding strength training back into my workout

I've gone quite a number of months without strength training - not even sure how many. Today, I added it back into my workout.

I did a warm-up first - usually it will be taking a short walk of 10-12 minutes. (Today, with it being so cold, I did a shorter, but more intense, warmup indoors.) I mix 4 body-weight strength training exercises with 5 Bowflex exercises. There is much room for improvement, but at least I'm back into it again.

    I love strength training because it boosts your metabolism and strengthens your bones. Also everyone can do it at their own pace. Congratulations on challenging yourself! We always need to challenge ourselves to do better or we get in a rut.
