Well, I tried going to bed an hour and a half ago, but all I could think about was ... "Where in the world (or house) did I put some cross stitch charts?" Last fall I had pulled some charts to begin planning a growth chart for my grandson and granddaughter. But, I needed to finish a Christmas stocking first, so I put them aside. Well, they weren't there when I went looking for them. I even cleaned up a spare bedroom today trying to find them. At least the room is clean and organized now
I had even forgot to blog I was so preoccupied in trying to figure out where I could have put it (they are at least 3 booklets) - hence why I am blogging now after 11:00 trying to get my mind on something else. I think I know what I put it in - now I just got to find the bag. That is tomorrow's project
As far as today goes -- I had a good weigh-in for my Pink Panthers team
- I lost 2.5 lbs since last Thursday. I pray that it will be the same or lower at my official gym weigh-in with my trainer on Saturday.
I did have a good day even though I can't find the cross stitch charts. My daughter came by this morning and we had a good visit. Then when she left, a friend called and said she could come by in the afternoon to chat. It was good to catch up with her as I hadn't seen her since the beginning of December.
The daily goal that is the hardest to reach is #4. My all day snack was almonds(I measure them out in the morning and when they're gone, they're gone). And since I had visitors both in am and pm I didn't snack today.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
