What will you do for exercise?

Mainly I will be doing sporadic bouts of crunches, planks, aerobic exercises and endless walking. I will know if i'm not cooperating, because i will be logging everything into my fitness tracker.

How will you eat; by a specified diet or sticking to spark nutrition? Set your boundaries!

Again I will be logging everying that passes through my lips onto my nutrition tracker. I will have Microwave diet meals for those quick and on the go meals. This will be supplemented by low cal/sodium/fat whole foods to the best of my ability. I will be following the guidelines in the nutrition guide to get the best possible results.

How will you connect/commit to the Cats team?

First I need to know what the "Cats" team is. And is there a "dog" team? I'm not overly fond of cats.

I also want to commit to this statement and all the well written points. But first I have to find those darn cats!!!:
I am also renewing a commitment to myself. I will be just as encouraging, supportive and motivating to MYSELF this round as I am to others. Just as I would never 'slam' a teammate that was struggling, I will not beat myself up over 'less than perfect days', poor choices, or slow progress. I will keep focused on the JOURNEY and celebrate the victories of my teammates and myself knowing that even the smallest step and slowest movement forward will still get us across that finish line as long as we stick together and never quit!!!

    You will LOVE the challenge! Lots of fun activities. And you have the perfect attitude. The Cats are an excellent team (I used ot be a Cat, I am now a Teddy Bear). See you around!
