100 days of exercise :)

Recently I read about the couple in their 60s who ran a marathon for 365 consecutive days in 2013. Ha! here I am at 36 and could not commit to even 5 days of cardio at the gym. My plan to wake up at 5:30 am did not work but.... I shall not give up. After seeing the picture my husband took of me with a group of friends I decided to copy a lady on youtube and do 100 days of continuous work out. This is day 14 . Started at 143 I am 139. Commiting to 5 days of cardio and 3 days of 35+ push ups or easy cardio on non cardio days. Cheking in with Sparkpeople to count calories and workouts.

Today, not easy - I thought this was the day I would not do anything at all. But since I did ran 3 miles yesterday plus a Zumba class today I just did my 35 push ups, 30 jumping jacks and 20 jumps just so I wont fall off the wagon. I can do this!
I read it takes 66 days to establish a habit that sticks. 100 days of continuous exercise is MY GOAL!
