Tired, but Exercised Anyway

It was a busy weekend and we were hardly home, so I was exhausted today. I didn't want to get up, but I did and did 30 min on the elliptical. This afternoon I did a 37 min Jessica Smith interval video. Then tonight I went to the gym and did some cardio and strength. It was good to exercise.

I didn't have a snack this morning, and this afternoon I allowed myself half a piece of chocolate chip banana bread. It is my favorite snack and I know that if I don't allow myself a small portion now and then I will overindulge.

Daily Goals....
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day -- emoticon 120 min
2. Minimum of 5 freggies emoticon5
3. 8-10 glasses of water emoticon10
4. Lean protein for one snack -- emoticon
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day -- emoticon
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals. emoticon
