So I've had a pretty stressful day at work. Only stopped working at 7pm and still haven't got everything done.
I've not eaten that much today but what I have eaten has been quite high in calories and fat - this tends to happen when I grab lunch on the go. I am now prepared for tomorrow though, my weekly grocery delivery has just arrived and I now have healthy meals for the rest of the week so there can be no excuses. Tomorrow I am making a Spark People recipe for lunch - Lunch Box Slaw with grated carrots and apple so I'm packing in some healthy vitamins, too!
On the plus side, I have lost 2lbs over the past week
What do you find helps you when You;re having a stressful day at work? I could sure use some tips!
