So, here I am ... a few weeks into the New Year and I have lost 4 pounds! I mean ... HOLY CRUD!! emoticon

I have been focusing on getting at least a few strengthening exercises in a day (fell off the wagon for about 3 :P), but I can feel the difference even the few pounds have made!

SO HAPPY!! emoticon
