I did two Jessica Smith's videos this morning before I got ready for church. I wasn't able to do one yesterday because we headed to the Stock Show, so I wanted to catch up for the challenge. I didn't have time to do the elliptical.
After church we went over to my son's for lunch and to watch the two younger girls. It was a quiet afternoon.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
