I did two Jessica Smith's videos this morning before I got ready for church. I wasn't able to do one yesterday because we headed to the Stock Show, so I wanted to catch up for the challenge. I didn't have time to do the elliptical.

After church we went over to my son's for lunch and to watch the two younger girls. It was a quiet afternoon.


Daily Goals....
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day -- emoticon 64 min
2. Minimum of 5 freggies emoticon3
3. 8-10 glasses of water emoticon4
4. Lean protein for one snack -- emoticon
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day -- emoticon
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals. emoticon

    I think you are doing great!! Sorry about the freggies and protein snack, but today (Mon.) is another day!! I do envy your exercise minutes! Really! I think you are doing sooooo well!!

    I am sitting here in my workout clothes waiting to see if my DS is going to get up and go to the gym with me in an hour. If he's not, I've decided I'm not waiting for him to get ready to get ready!! I have to do this for me!!! I'm also tired of being a Spark In Progress with my new Spark tracker! I want a Bronze, Silver or Gold!!! (High expectations, huh?) And for my CLOVERLEAFs!!!
