This morning I got up early and did 65 minutes on the elliptical. Then I went to the gym for my weekly weigh-in. I lost one pound! I also had my fat% taken too. It is up from last fall - but my weight is up from then too. I will get it off!!
We went to the Stock Show and Rodeo late morning and walked around for about 5 hours.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
65 min elliptical (+5 hours walking around the Stock Show)
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
but ok because I didn't have any snacks)
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
