It was a quiet day. It has become routine now to get up at 6:00 to work out on the elliptical for 30 min, then get ready before the first daycare kids come at 7:00.
The RYFO band that came in last night (at 1:00am) didn't get up until 12:30pm. I fixed them breakfast, so I had breakfast for lunch too. Pancakes wasn't really on plan, but I was good the rest of the day.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
