4-Week Weight Loss Workout Challenge

I had joined the The 4-Week Weight Loss Workout Challenge Plan presented by JESSICASMITHTV. It started this last Monday. It involves doing one of her exercise videos each day for the next 4 weeks. They have been intense. Today was a kickboxing routine. I had to modify some of the moves because of my knees but I made it through. So far I like it because it is varied and I'm trying some new exercises.
This afternoon I finished cutting out all the pieces for the Colorado Cabins - one of the memory quilts I am making from my grandparents clothes. Now to sew the pieces into blocks.
Tonight we have another RYFO band staying here. They won't come in until @ midnight. My daughter will stay up for them.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
