2014 New Year's Resolutions

Physical: I want to do a pull up. ( This is my dream goal. Still need to work on the specifics. Will look at feedback from Spark Coach to help develop this one.)
I want to lose 5 pounds. (The scale will be my measuring took/feedback. I will weigh in once a week however I'll record monthly.)
Spiritual: Memorize one verse at least bi-weekly. I will use Memverse to help assist me in learning, reviewing, and maintaining. Go on this website twice weekly.
Finish reading the Bible through in a year. Books left to read: Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi.
Financial: Save the money from my extra shift (put it in savings ~ may be use for mortgage payment or to buy a car.
Emotional: To take time to use my craft room and scrapbook.
Have rewards: simple such as accepting backrubs from my husband to using the massage bed at the Club. I would like to say weekly, but I will start out to say at least once a month. I have to be realistic (rewarding myself is not a strength that I have)
