Rough Night - Good Day

I didn't sleep well last night - only got @5-6hrs of sleep. But, when the alarm went off I got up and still worked out on the elliptical. It is funny I had less sleep, but I wasn't as tired as I was yesterday.
I had a good workout tonight with my trainer. He really pushed me - I was panting and sweating when we were done.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
