I was very tired today. I had two pieces left of pumpkin bread for the daycare kids snack. But, they didn't want it. So, I gave in to a favorite treat -- warmed pumpkin bread w/melted chocolate chips on top. I had taken only about 2-3 bites when DO IT NOW popped into my head. Small battle ensued, but I won -- I spit out the bite, then I went to the sink and put the rest into the garbage disposal. I still enjoyed those first two bites, but I am glad to have resisted the rest!
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
