My slow slow cooker

Back from work with very tired children after their early start back to school this morning. I set up dinner in the slow cooker and it isn't ready yet, BEEN COOKING ALL DAY! Extra crunchy carrots Mmmm!
Busy day back at work with lots to do this evening...
But will be dusting off exercise bike after the holidays - having stashed it away to make way for the tree. Back to it yippee!
