Back in the Groove

It was good to get back into a routine today, though Monday is always hard. I did get up half hour earlier and exercised on the elliptical.
I also started a Jessica Smith 4 week challenge. I will be doing one of her videos every day.
Tonight I went to the gym and did 20 min on the stationary bike, then a 30 min strength training routine.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
