Weekends are always hard because my schedule is so different.
This morning I went to the gym for my official first weigh-in of the year. I was supposed to meet my trainer, but he didn't show up. So, I went ahead and weighed myself.
Then later, after I got home, I made banana bread with my granddaughters.
This afternoon, I took a short nap and then worked on balancing my checkbook.
1. Minimum of 30 minutes of exercise though I am trying to get 120 min a day --
60 min elliptical, 20 min treadmill, 20 min carrying boxes = 100 min
2. Minimum of 5 freggies
3. 8-10 glasses of water
4. Lean protein for one snack --
5. Do NOT graze/snack all day --
6. Blog even if it is to keep track of goals.
