My motivation is only about 50% there. I forced myself to do zumba wii this morning and am tracking but so blahhhh about it....c'mon motivation and energy....I need you!

    Girl, I feel your pain! I am just starting this journey for the umpteenth time but am not ready for exercise yet. Going to start with getting my body acclimated to drinking all this water. The tracking may be bothersome but just set up a time each day to do it......trust me, it is worth it. Back in 2008, I joined SparkPeople and went on to lose 72 pounds in 6 1/2 months. I gained it all back plus some but I never felt better when I was motivated and making it happen. All I can say it stay at it and once people start commenting about your changes, that will make you want to strive to keep hearing them talk! I am on day 3!

    Getting motivated in the beginning is kind of hard sometimes. I once heard it takes 21 days for something to become a habit. Then you no longer need motivation to do it it just sort of happens. You, my dear, are already at 50% which means you are twice as motivated as the person who sat on the couch today. WAY TO GO!!!! emoticon
