My dedication has wavered.... a lot!

I spent the 'year' working on my body. It was really bouts of fitness coupled with better, but not great, eating habits. I am rededicating this year with the best attitude I've had yet. I did well! I could have done a lot better, but I didn't gain ANYTHING back. That to me, is the biggest victory. I lost around 20 pounds, and I have a little to go (10?15?) - so I'm determined to do that and work on strength training. 50 pushups is goal one (i have a VERY weak upper body, so I am a ways away from this). Another goal which I get all year for is running a 5k. I have tried before, and it just hasn't worked. I'm not built to run so this is a very tough challenge. My asthma really works against me - and I have accepted that this is going to be the toughest challenge I'll see physically. All that said - I will be back here periodically - updating, changing and recreating my goals alongside my body. So as to keep with this year's photo journal - here is Jan 1, 2013 and Jan. 1, 2014.
