Preparing for Change

Today I began my journey of making changes. One i have three friends that I asked to share my goals with and hold me accountable. Two I preparing my goals list. Not sure on what all I want to accomplish, how ever I will by January 1,2014 along with plan how to achieve goals. I'm excited for the changes. One thing i have learned if you dont plan. Well plan to fail. after repeating the same thing that wasn't getting me anywhere. I had to make some changes and planning is is one of them.
