It does not look to appetizing in this photo, but it is tasty.
Broccoli and Fish Bake:
20 ounces of frozen broccoli
1 can of sliced mushrooms (drained and rinsed)
2 full filets of Salmon (or white fish)
12 ounces of low fat mozzarella cheese
garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray baking dish (9 X 16)
Layer the broccoli, then mushrooms, sprinkle with seasonings, lay fish on top of mushrooms and then sprinkle with seasonings again (lightly both times) and then sprinkle with the cheese. Cover with foil to bake and remove the foil for the last 10 minutes for the cheese to brown.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until fish is flakey. Cut into serving pieces and use a spatula to remove from pan. Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.

Green leafy veggies are always good for you (except when you are on blood thinners like me) and salmon has many great things along with the Omega 3's.
