MY FIRST RESOLUTION FOR 2014

The Christmas left over sweets are in a garbage bag today, and healthy food is on the menu again. I am going to change up my activity plan tomorrow. I need to add more than walking, so tomorrow I will add some stretch bands, and an aerobic workout three times a week. I k n ow this is what I need to do to ramp up the fat burning. I am staying in my calorie range, so I also took workouts as calorie burning off of the table. No pun intended. I am psyched to start up again. I want to get rid of twenty more pounds by April. I have to write down my other resolutions.
