Feeling sluggish

Hmmm. I was going strong and suddenly my energy seems to be hiding somewhere ~ the scale hasn't moved in a while ~ and I just feel 'bleh'. Yesterday was busy as can be... next thing I know it's 8:00 and I hadn't exercised yet. And then I didn't want too. I wanted to eat junk. Which I didn't. Chose to go to bed instead :) Lesser of two evils maybe?! Today I'm planning 2 workouts so I'm hoping that will jump start my motivation or something.

That's all ~ nothing interesting to say today, but that's where I am :)
Hope everyone else is having a great week!!! I am excited that Christmas is right around the corner!

    It is amazing that when exercising is easy, we think it will continue forever. You will get through this nd have an easy timeagain. Go with the flow.

    I tell it like it is and you are looking like a million bucks. First of all I love that when one loses weight in their face their features pop....and your blue eyes are spectacular. Does your husband know that he is going to have to start fighting them off...well he was warned!

    Anyway my dear (I am calling you that cause right now in that picture you look 35 not 45) ...you are an inspiration to me to kick it into high gear. If I can get results half as good as yours I will have mouths drop....and that is the point of all this...right?

    These things happen, I've seen it a lot during the holidays. It just gets hard to do what you know you should do. It will pass though and you'll be ready to get moving once again!

    Hope you're not coming down with something!

    Since you're on Atkins, you might want to try adding some extra fat for a couple of days. Coconut oil has the added benefit of making your brain feel sharper as well!

    If the scale not moving try taking measurements instead. Sometimes you are gaining muscles which will weigh more then fat. Also try changing it up a little bit. Find something that you have fun with. try a class at the gym or buy a new workout DVD to change it up.

    Definitely lesser of two evils! Changing it up will fool your body! And it hasn't been that long since the scale went down! We can do this Diane! And that's a great picture of you! :)
