CRAVINGS

Tuesday, December 10, 2013

So I made it through my physical, I don't know what my cholesterol or glucose is yet but my BP was 126/82 which is not bad considering what I have done to my body. So my eating yesterday was not the greatest but not horrible considering I was having a bad day. It just seems like nothing went right yesterday. The only thing I can say is I was craving a pepsi like crazy yesterday and I got through it and did not give in. I feel emotionally drained today, yesterday was an emotional rollercoaster and I think I shed a pound in tears but I guess today I will work on picking up the pieces and putting myself together. My fiancée works out of town and he can call today so it will make the day a little bit brighter. So I am going to stay in today and watch the snow fall outside and try to get myself back together and back on track. I hope everyone has a wonderful Tuesday and I will check back in later..........
