OK so I did pretty good with the Fit to Feast only missed 5 days out of 28. After I went on holiday I didnt workout the day before thanksgiving and thanksgiving day I was sick with fever and body aches again. I'm over it now and started working out 2 Dec and plan to workout at least 10 min everyday and keep that same goal going till my surgery Dec 18th. So i will be off line for a while no working out for 4 weeks. I am really going to have to make healthy choices those 3 weeks at the house. Before the surgery I'm going to get some fresh fruits so I'm not snacking on the kids snacks all day, and protein mix to keep me full at lunch. Good news didnt gain any weight back stayed the same which is a victory with all the sweets I ate. Aiming to weight 170 by 17 Dec and keep it there till I have recovered. Had a great holiday with the family hope everyone else did too.
