It's getting better. He used to be the enemy, but tonight I actually enjoyed him :) 30 minutes with some wicked hills & I did it... then finished with some weights. Thanks to my spark friend Anna who is holding me responsible for getting in some good workouts this week. And thanks to a certain someone who put me in a foul mood which really helped me push it! Now I've got a full cup of water and no urge to snack for the rest of the night. Woohoo!
