Help!

I will keep this short and to the point. I need help. I have been doing ok with the lifestyle changes I have made since March 2013. I have lost a few inches and a few pounds. I have PCOS (which makes it very difficult to lose weight) and I have been following a modified South Beach Diet. I have food allergies and sensitivities so I have limited the wheat, grains and dairy. Anyway, I know I need to add exercise or I will not get much further....so this is where I need help....My whole body hurts, with or with out exercise. I know part of it is from long term obesity and sedentary lifestyle, but the rest is from the PCOS. I don't have the ability to get to a gym for a personal trainer and well honestly I don't like exercise. I have an elliptical and a total gym. I have tried to use both but can't seem to get it to stick and again my body hurts really bad. So WHAT CAN I DO? I am tired of being in pain from inactivity or activity, I can't get through to make it effective and feel defeated. Hope someone might have some suggestions that might work for me or at least spark something in me. Thank you to all that respond :)
