Mid-week weigh-in, just don't do it!

Ugh, last Thursday I broke my rule about not weighing in more than once a week, and boy howdy do I regret it!
I knew I was doing really well with my points and activity, and sure enough, on Thursday, I was showing a 4 pound loss.
So now this morning, my official weigh-in day, I am down 2 pounds. This is something I would normally be jumping for joy about. Why oh why did I peek early? Never again. UGH!
