Mid-week weigh-in, just don't do it!

Ugh, last Thursday I broke my rule about not weighing in more than once a week, and boy howdy do I regret it!

I knew I was doing really well with my points and activity, and sure enough, on Thursday, I was showing a 4 pound loss.

So now this morning, my official weigh-in day, I am down 2 pounds. This is something I would normally be jumping for joy about. Why oh why did I peek early? Never again. UGH!

    I have soooo been there, it is difficult to stay away from the scales especially when you are doing all the right things! And when you show a 4 lb loss and then in 24 hours a two lb loss Arrg! Learning curve with scale! LOVe your motto. “Just keep swimming😊”. Thank you Dory😎
