Today was certainly different.

I went to my class like I do on Mondays; Kickboxing for an hour then pool for 1 1/2 - 2 hours... Well, in Kickboxing class I became very weak, broke a sweat (like none other I ever had before); felt sick to my stomach and thought I would pass out. I went to the locker room and sat it out for a few minutes then returned to class, but couldn't stay...same thing. Apparently my blood sugar dropped. I have never had a problem like that before, pretty scary. I had to reschedule pool for tomorrow. I'll probable to some Tae Bo later tonight if I can get some strength back. I'll be going to bed soon to rest some. That really zapped me. I bet I never d that again!! (I've never been in the habit of eating before my workouts...only after I get back home. Bet I eat in the morning before I leave home!!)
Tomorrow I will do the Rush Active class then swim...make up for missing today!! Oh well... a valuable lesson learned!
I did come home and fix chicken noodle soup with a peanut butter and honey sandwich. yummy!
