Plan for Nov 17-25 (bit more than a week)

Short version: fruits and vegetables.

I'll be traveling 11/20 to 25, seeing friends in San Francisco. So some workouts will be great, like longer walking, while others will be limited, like strength. I plan to still do one strength workout with my own body weight while I am gone.

So here's the list:
--Eat 5+ servings of vegetables and fruits
--Take my walking tracker and walk walk walk
--Do one strength workout (I'll be missing two training sessions)
--Appreciate My Body

I'm going back and taking down the shame-myself-into-losing photos that I posted earlier. I don't think they've helped me one iota. I have a body, it serves me well, it's more muscular than ever before, and loving my body as it is now and as it may be in future with attention to the best possible health seems like a MUCH better plan that focusing on how I look.

So that's the plan for a week of travel prior to Thanksgiving. My Thanksgiving plan will involve cooking tons of vegetables and attending to fullness.

    I like your workout and eating plans you can do this work around your rotary cuff. I have a pacemaler which means no lifting heavy weight above the shoulders . I still do it with small or no weights. use what you have. Have a great time on vacation

    Commenting here to add: I've got a rotator cuff injury from throwing a 20lb weight over my head at personal training. I think it's time for a new exercise plan.
