Consistency Is Key

Friday night my 3 granddaughters were here and they ended up spending the night emoticon . I have so much fun with them.

Saturday morning I did a weigh-in with my trainer and I was down 1 pound emoticon (my scale at home showed I was down 2 pounds). I am staying focused.

My trainer talked about being consistent. That is my new word -- consistency. If I stay consistent and on track with my eating I know I can get this weight off. Consistency is so key. I haven't been consistent in the past and let things slide. Every time I am tempted to go off track I think "consistency" and it has helped me to SAY NO.
