Plan for this week

It's a funny week, with some travel thrown in at the beginning, so the plan is very basic:

--Eat 7 servings of fruits and veggies per day
--Wear my spark tracker to count my steps

And that's it. It will be a real challenge to eat that much fruit and veg while on the road, but I think it's worth it. I'll be tracking those foods but no others on the spark tracker, giving myself a little rest from counting.

I'm still reflecting on some things I wrote about what's holding me back in my private journal. Keeping it simple for now is a great way to destress and be as present as I can during a busy week.
