Current weight is 183.2 kg aka 403.9 lbs
Week weight loss is 3.1 kg aka 6.8 lbs
I've been thinking about my health related goals for November.
And I can't think of anything, any suggestions:)?
I can say that I'm lifting weights now, my October goal was to start which I did.
I have a program that I made for myself, figured out my working weights.
So I'll keep on doing that, 3 times per week.
I've added a new Rule for myself - no more then 250 kcal of sweets per day, even added section into my SP food tracker, not a big deal, but a bit of an adjustment.
And yesterday I've been to the dentist, so you can say that my October goal is to take care of my teeth, which is somewhat related to healthy lifestyle, kinda of a stretch thou:)
What I would really want is to help people to overcome there weight problems.
Any suggestion on how to do that are much much appreciated!
I think I'm a positive force for some people on that matter, at least I hope so.
But I want to do more and maybe influence more people or even make a difference for some.
