October Results and November Goals

October was GREAT! Here is the breakdown of achievements for the month
Goal One: 12,000 steps per day
Result: Achieved. I was short on two days, but my average for the month is over 13,000 steps per day so I definitely consider this a success.
Goal Two: 3 days per week of 15,000 steps
Result: Achieved. I actually achieved this 13 days during the month.
Goal Three: Woolaroc 8K
Result: Failed. My partner backed out and my work schedule was crazy, but that's OK. I had a great running month.
Goal Four: Work arms, abs, and core 3x/week
Result: Achieved! I started CrossFit and I can already see a difference.
Goal Five: Make it to ONEderland (12 pounds to go)
Result: Got very close. I will not say failed because I lost 10 pounds during the month and I will be there in two more pounds.
Goal Six: Keep up with BLC challenges
Result: Success! I have participated in all challenges to date!
I lost .9" in biceps
I lost .7" in thighs
I lost .9" in waist
I lost 1.6" in hips
Goals for November:
Continue CrossFit 3x per week
12,000 daily steps
15,000 steps 3x per week
Williams Route 66 5K on November 23: Complete in 45 minutes
Participate in all BLC challenges
